Yes Group in collaboration with the employer company, if you are selected as a suitable candidate for a certain job position, offers you secured air transportation and transfer from the airport to the location of accommodation, accommodation in individual studio apartments with own toilet, mini kitchen and free TV and wi-fi internet. YES Group provides three meals a day and transportation to the workplace.
YES Group, in cooperation with the employer company, provides the selected candidates with a work permit (residence) for the country in which the employee will conclude the work agreement during the activity of the agreement with the possibility of extension, and fully mediates the completion of all the necessary documentation at the Embassy.
The duration of the work agreement is 3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 5 years.
As long as your stay fulfills the criteria for obtaining temporary employment based on the employment agreement, YES Group offers you complete support in the process of obtaining an immigrant visa..

What is required from the worker?
Skills of a employee
The worker must be tidy, clean and meticulous, always smiling, cheerful and full of enthusiasm for work.
Hard Working Employee
The employee is requested to quote the working hours (from 08:00 to 16:00 first shift and from 14:00 to 22:00 second shift) from Monday to Friday.During working hours, the employee has the right to a mandatory 1-hour lunch break and the possibility of half an hour of health gymnastics (yoga, pilates, aerobics, tai chi) at his own request.
Uniforms for employee
For each worker there is 5 uniforms that workers are required to wear during work hours. On the part of the company, washing, ironing and maintenance of work uniforms are provided.
What We Offer
Salary
The monetary compensation amounts is $20 per hour gross and a bonus of $5 for each more hour worked, holidays, night shifts and weekends are additionally paid according to the legal regulations of the country in which you work. The worker will be insured at 8 houses full-time with paid health care insurance and the possibility of pension insurance.
Holiday
During the weekends, YES Group animates its employees and offers them animation, entertainment, free organized tours with a tourist guide, socialization among employees and the opportunity to learn many languages.
NOTE
For the mentioned positions, candidates do not need to have previous training or work experience, due to the simplicity of the work tasks. The employer undertakes to carry out a short training of the employee for a period of 5 working days in relation to the work tasks that the employee must perform for the duration of the agreement.
